Our office is in the heart of Norwich in the newly refurbished St George's Works, which is a creative and media agency hub with a rooftop terrace that overlooks the city.


So more about the role and what we need…...


We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead one of the agencies key accounts. You will be part client management, part strategic adviser. Ultimately, your role will be to understand your client’s business objectives providing considered and clear digital solutions to help to grow their business.


You will be commercially astute, have solid marketing foundations, and an interest in, or knowledge of, digital marketing techniques.

Working across key client accounts and supporting new business proposals, you will be a lynch-pin in the agency, working closely with the Head of Account Strategy to drive innovation and growth for our clients.  





The essential bits you'll need to apply:

  • Excellent client relationship skills – you must be able to foster strong ties with your client and convince relevant stakeholders on the account.
  • Superb Organisational skills 
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving – you will be able to use data to analyse a situation and provide strategic recommendations as a result.  
  • Self-motivated and super organised – you can effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet project timelines
  • A natural team-player – you will need to be able to lead your account team to deliver excellent digital campaigns for your client.  
  • A confident decision-maker – you will be able to determine which recommendations will work best for your client.
  • Pride in your communication skills – you are an effective and persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail – you take pride in delivering to consistently high standards.
  • Can make things happen –  you have a “can-do” attitude and consider yourself highly adaptable.
  • Strong experience working in client services within an agency and delivering successful campaigns for your clients
  • Experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns from brief to completion.
  • A proven record of budget and resource management.
  • Experience of presenting to senior clients.

It would be great if you had….

  • Working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • University degree of equivalent in marketing, communications or other relevant fields.
